MEISSEN B-FORM COFFEE SERVICE FOR SIX GERMANY, MEISSEN, 20TH CENTURY

A luxurious mocha coffee service for six, produced at the renowned Meissen porcelain manufactory in the post-war period. The ensemble is executed in the classic B-Form, distinguished by balanced proportions, a fluid silhouette and architectural clarity of form. The white porcelain is decorated with a deep cobalt ground, strikingly enhanced by rich hand-applied gilding and delicate polychrome floral painting, executed in the finest traditions of the manufactory.The gilt decoration is notable for its density and meticulous detailing, emphasizing the ceremonial and prestigious character of the service. The harmonious combination of cobalt, gold and painterly floral motifs recalls the finest examples of classical Meissen, continuing the artistic lineage of the 18th–19th centuries as reinterpreted in the mid-20th century. The service is intended both for formal table settings and for inclusion in a distinguished collection.The set comprises a lidded coffee pot, a creamer, a lidded sugar bowl, a serving tray, and six coffee cups with matching saucers, forming a coherent and stylistically complete ensemble.Marks: Crossed swords of Meissen, underglaze cobalt blue; post-war period mark, circa 1945–1950, first quality.Dimensions: Coffee pot: Height 19.5 cm. Minor signs of age-appropriate wear. No cracks, chips or restorations.

TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE MEISSEN FOR SIX PERSONS GERMANY, 20TH CENTURY

A porcelain tea and coffee service for six persons, created by the renowned Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. The ensemble comprises 22 pieces and represents an elegant interpretation of Late Rococo with elements of Neo-Rococo, characteristic of Meissen production of the 20th century. The pure white porcelain is richly adorned with relief gilding and refined hand-painted polychrome decoration featuring small, freely scattered floral motifs. Undulating rims, plastic gilt scrolls and graceful handles emphasize the sculptural quality of the forms and refer to the classical models of the manufactory.
