Large antique silver censer. Workshop "AE". Russian Empire, Moscow, late 19th century. Material: silver "84". Technical design: casting, sawing, grinding, polishing, hand engraving with a graver, shotting, soldering, finishing, mounting. Dimensions: Censer height (without chains) - 26 cm Diameter - 10 cm Height with chains - 76 cm Weight - 490 grams. The chains are original, very strong, thick, branded. All parts, including the top cap and chains, are original and branded. / pp Brands: "84" assay with "a woman′s head in a kokoshnik, facing left" and the initials of the assay inspector of the Moscow district "I.L." (assayer Ivan Lebedkin), the name of the master monogrammist - "A.E". (Egorov Alexander Sergeev) in a rectangular shield with rounded corners. Condition: in excellent collectible preservation. Works of the workshop are presented in the State Historical Museum. It is of cultural and collection value.
