A luxurious mocha coffee service for six, produced at the renowned Meissen porcelain manufactory in the post-war period. The ensemble is executed in the classic B-Form, distinguished by balanced proportions, a fluid silhouette and architectural clarity of form. The white porcelain is decorated with a deep cobalt ground, strikingly enhanced by rich hand-applied gilding and delicate polychrome floral painting, executed in the finest traditions of the manufactory.The gilt decoration is notable for its density and meticulous detailing, emphasizing the ceremonial and prestigious character of the service. The harmonious combination of cobalt, gold and painterly floral motifs recalls the finest examples of classical Meissen, continuing the artistic lineage of the 18th–19th centuries as reinterpreted in the mid-20th century.
