The French caster Henri Picard (Henri Picard) lived in 1831 in Paris at 6 Rue Jarente. According to reports, in 1839 he moved to 10 Rue De La Perle. He worked for the Defreville foundry in collaboration with renowned sculptors and designers such as Charles Perrault and Grault. The manufacturer was distinguished by excellent product quality. He was an art supplier for the Louvre under Emperor Napoleon III.
