Each property offered by ANTIQON undergoes curatorial review prior to publication or sale. The research process may include attribution analysis, historical and stylistic examination, condition assessment, provenance research, and comparative analysis with archival, museum, and market sources.
The scope of research depends on the category, period, rarity, value, and significance of the property. For selected objects, ANTIQON may also engage independent experts, art historians, specialist consultants, and researchers.
Certain property may be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, expert description, Condition Report, QR identification, and integration into the ANTIQON digital archive.
ANTIQON places particular emphasis on the professional examination, attribution, and description of works of art, antiques, and collectible objects.
Each property is reviewed individually, taking into account its category, period, artistic, historical, and collecting significance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ANTIQON does not carry out laboratory testing, technical examination, or specialised conservation and restoration analysis of property.
ANTIQON does not guarantee the absence of hidden defects, concealed restorations, internal damage, structural alterations, evidence of previous work, interventions, or other characteristics that cannot reasonably be identified through a standard visual examination without specialised testing, dismantling, or technical analysis.
The condition of property may vary depending on age, materials, history of use, storage conditions, and previous restoration work.
Prior to purchase, the Buyer may request additional photographs, videos, clarifications, or further information regarding the condition of the property.
Selected works of art, antiques, and collectible objects sold by ANTIQON may be accompanied by an official ANTIQON Certificate of Authenticity.

ANTIQON recommends retaining the certificate and accompanying documentation together with the property as part of its collecting and archival history.

The existence of an Artwork_ID, QR identification, or digital archival record should always be considered together with the accompanying documentation, expert description, and archival materials maintained by ANTIQON.
ANTIQON reserves the right to update, expand, and further develop its digital identification, archiving, and object management systems.
ANTIQON operates in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Latvia, including regulations governing the art trade, consumer protection, AML/KYC requirements, export controls, and sanctions compliance.
