Payment methods

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for property offered through the ANTIQON website is made only after confirmation of the order by the Seller.

The following payment methods may be available to the Buyer:

• bank transfer;
• payment by credit or debit card;
• PayPal (where available);
• other payment methods specified during the checkout process or agreed with ANTIQON.

Available payment methods may depend on:

• the category of property;
• the value of the property;
• the Buyer’s region of residence;
• the nature of the transaction;
• AML/KYC requirements and internal security procedures.

Important:

• payment must be made by the Buyer or by a person legally authorised to act on the Buyer’s behalf;
• ANTIQON reserves the right to request additional information or documentation as part of AML/KYC verification procedures;
• all bank charges, payment processing fees, and currency conversion costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise expressly agreed by the parties.

BANK TRANSFER

Bank transfer is the primary and recommended method of payment.

Following confirmation of the order, the Buyer will receive an invoice containing:

• bank account details;
• the amount payable;
• payment reference information;
• the payment deadline.

The Buyer is required to:

• make payment within the specified period;
• indicate the correct payment reference (order or invoice number);
• ensure that the full amount due is received without deductions.

Important:

• all bank charges and international transfer costs shall be borne by the Buyer;
• payment shall be deemed completed only upon actual receipt of the funds in the Seller’s account;
• if the amount received is less than the amount due, the Buyer must pay the difference.

If payment is not received within the specified period, ANTIQON reserves the right to:

• cancel the order;
• remove any reservation of the property;
• offer the property to another Buyer;
• restrict access to certain platform services.

ONLINE PAYMENT (CARD / PAYPAL)

Depending on the category of property and the conditions of the transaction, the Buyer may be able to pay online:

• by credit or debit card;
• through the PayPal payment system;
• through other payment services available on the website.

Payments are processed through secure payment systems and authorised payment providers.

Important:

• ANTIQON does not store complete bank card details;
• payment information is processed by the relevant payment service providers;
• additional payment processing fees may apply if disclosed prior to payment confirmation.

In certain cases, online payment may be restricted or unavailable, including:

• high-value transactions;
• specific categories of property;
• international restrictions;
• AML/KYC verification requirements;
• internal security procedures.

In such cases, ANTIQON reserves the right to require payment by bank transfer.
