The modernist lamp in question is distinguished by an unusual and attractive sculptural design: a cat in a predatory pose raises its hind legs above a hunting trap, preventing it from closing over its body. The cat with glass eyes is made with great skill. Its raised tail holds a floral lead glass lampshade that welcomes tonal shifts.
