A monumental bronze sculpture entitled Seascape by the distinguished Dutch sculptor Erwin Meijer (b. 1968), created in 2006 and exemplifying the characteristic features of the artist`s mature period.
The work presents a compelling composition centred on a reclining female figure, conceived in broad, simplified sculptural volumes, in which monumentality of form is combined with poetic symbolism and philosophical resonance.
