An elegant wine bottle holder in the shape of a stylised sled, crafted in Belgium at the turn of the 20th century by the renowned Wiskemann workshop. Made of silver-plated metal with gilt details, the object embodies the sinuous elegance of Art Nouveau. Graceful curves, ornamental scrolls and fine decorative detailing lend the piece both refinement and function. Designed to hold a wine bottle at an angle, it facilitated elegant pouring and was often used in formal table settings as a mark of sophistication and taste.
