Silver coin 1 ruble 1847 Nicholas I. Obverse: around the edge of the coin, the inscription "PURE SILVER 4 GOLDEN 21 SHARE” separated by a rosette at the top, in the middle in a circle of dots the coat of arms of the Russian Empire, at the bottom left and right of the tail of the eagle the initials of the minzmeister "PA” (Pavel Alekseev). Reverse: at the top of the coin is the crown of the Russian Empire, below the word "COIN” and below it the designation of the denomination "RUBLE”, along them two curly lines directed in different directions, below the year of issue of the coin "1847” and below it the designation of the mint "SPB”. On the left along the edge of the coin there is a laurel branch, on the right is an oak branch, at the bottom the branches are connected and tied with a ribbon. Diameter: 35.5 mm. Weight: 20.73 g.
