Hirschfänger hunting dagger. 20th century PW Solingen Steel blade, straight, single-edged, nickel-plated, without fullers, with heel. The combat end is double-edged. Three-quarters of the length of the blade is decorated with etched images on a hunting theme (wild boars, deer, hares, ducks, swords, bugle). On the heel of the blade is the mark of the manufacturer PW Solingen presumably Peter Wolf. The hilt consists of a handle and a cross. The pommel is made of white metal, embossed, in the form of a lion`s head. The crosspiece is made of white metal, embossed, S-shaped, made in the form of a boar`s hooves with an image of a boar`s head. Under the crosspiece there is a decorative white metal shield, decorated with a relief image of a deer. The sheath is made of pressed leather, with a white metal device.
