НИКОЛА И ЕМПЕРЪ, on the right - ИСАКОПРЖЕЦЪ ВСЕРСС. Along the rim there are relief elements made in the form of teeth. On the reverse: In the center is the Small State Emblem of the Russian Empire - a double-headed eagle, the heads of which are crowned with two crowns, the third, large crown above them. All of them are connected by the order ribbon of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called. On the eagle`s chest is the Moscow coat of arms - a shield with the image of St. George the Victorious with a spear, slaying a dragon. Around the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called. The wings depict the coats of arms of the Kingdom of Kazan, Poland, Tauric Chersonesos, Astrakhan, Siberia, Georgia and the coat of arms of the united principalities of Kyiv, Novgorod and Vladimir - 4 on each wing. In the eagle`s right paw is a scepter, in the left - an orb. Under it, from left to right are depicted: denomination - the inscription 10 RUBLES and the date of issue 1900. Weight: 8.6 g.
