Watch with a white enamel dial, Roman numerals, external Arabic five-minute markers, surrounded by a bezel of old-cut diamonds. Chatelaine in gold and diamonds of different colors, decorated with painted enamel plates with portraits of women, on which hang a later key and safety pin, hinge clip on the reverse, mechanism signed by JS Patron, Geneva and number 6038, made around 1770, lock with French guarantee mark in 18-karat gold (eagle head).
