The figures are skillfully carved into the original decor of the fields, which combine the motives and scales of post-Empire patterns and romantic bouquets. The impressive work on the setting oklad is complemented by the filigree on the forehead of the saint. Fully painted icon on gold on a cypress board.

Классическую иконографию благословляющего святителя, с развернутым евангелием, дополняют предстоящие: слева Петр и преподобный Иоанн, справа - Святые Наталья и Евдокия. Фигуры умело врезаны в самобытный декор полей, в которых сочетаются мотивы и масштабы пост-ампирных узоров и романтических букетов. Впечатляющую работу по окладу дополняет скань на челе святого. Полностью писанная икона на золоте по кипарисовой доске.
