Chinese yellow Beijing glass urn vase, egg-shaped with relief carved gourd decoration. The hieroglyphic engraved stamp on the base of the urn is the seal “Qianlong nian zhi”. Presumably the period is 19th century. Height: 23 cm. Provenance: Purchased in 1995 from the Louvre gallery of Chinese art in Paris.
