Russian silver photo frame, made at the Moscow factory of Antip Ivanovich Kuzmichev at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, is an exquisite example of decorative and applied art. The decorative trim is made in the form of intricate plant motifs created using the cloisonné enamel technique. Deep shades of blue, green and red harmoniously combine with the golden background, emphasizing the ornamental elegance and artistic expressiveness of the product. Hallmarks: initials AK in a rectangular shield - master Antip Kuzmichev, assay mark with the number 84 and an image of a woman`s head in a kokoshnik, facing left, as well as the initials IL - assay inspector of the Moscow district Ivan Lebedkin, corresponding to the period 1899-1908.
