Return & Refund

Liability and Duties of the Parties

  • For non-performance or improper performance of obligations under the Contract the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia. 9.2.
  •  
  • The Seller performs all necessary and reasonable actions to ensure that all information about the Goods, including description and price, is stated correctly and accurately. In case any inaccuracies appear in any of the positions in the Announcement, the Buyer shall be immediately informed about the inaccuracies and the Buyer shall be given an opportunity to re-accept the purchase of the Goods. In case the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer, the Contract shall be terminated unilaterally and the Buyer shall be refunded in full.

  • The information indicated on the Seller′s homepage www.antiqon.com may contain inaccuracies, the Seller reserves the right to eliminate the inaccuracies at any time, as well as to change the information without prior notice.

  • The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and cancel the order, if the order is placed for the Goods, which advertisement contains erroneous information.
  •  
  • The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness and compliance of the information provided to the Seller upon registration and further during the purchase of the Goods with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia
  •  
  • Customer is obliged to pay for ordered Goods within 3 (three) working days from the moment of ordering Goods, in case if the Goods are not paid on time, the Seller reserves a right to terminate the contract unilaterally and to cancel the order.

Cancellation condition

  • According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the Commodities, by exercising his right to withdraw from the agreement and return the Commodities to the Seller.
  • The term for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be calculated from the day when the Buyer or his authorized person indicated by the Buyer, except for the Delivery Service, received the goods in possession.
  • If the Buyer receives the Goods not corresponding to the description given by the Seller in the Announcement or not in the agreed quantity, the Buyer shall have the right to open a dispute with the Seller using the software and hardware tools on the Protected Pages of the Site/Application, namely by pressing the "Open a dispute" button in the User′s Personal Office, in the "Shop/My purchases" section, in the purchased goods card.
  • When the Buyer opens a dispute, the Seller receives a notice of the Buyer′s complaints about the Goods, indicating the reasons for opening a dispute (description of defects, photos, etc.).
  • In case of justified and legally compliant rejection of the Goods by the Buyer, the Seller shall refund the money to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller. The Seller undertakes to return to the Buyer the cost of Goods in accordance with clause 4.3.1 of this Agreement, except for the additional costs incurred by the Buyer at the time of purchase of Goods (clauses 4.3.2, 4.3.3, 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 of this Agreement). The refund will be made in the same way as the payment for the Goods.
  • The right to reject the Goods is considered to be exercised in time, if the Buyer has opened a dispute and returned the Goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the Goods.
  • The Buyer is responsible for the storage of the Goods throughout the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
  • The Seller withholds the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal if the Goods have been slightly or significantly damaged, during use, if the original packaging of the Goods is lost or if this packaging is significantly damaged.

Order of returning the goods

  • The Buyer may return the Goods, which correspond to the distance agreement, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
  • The Buyer, when returning the purchased goods, shall be required to provide an identity document and a document confirming the purchase.
  • All costs associated with the return of Goods shall be borne by the Buyer
