You can as well sign up for e-mail newsletter from Antiqon Group and in addition to information about new arrivals our specialists will provide you with usefull and interesting information about antiques world.
How often do you update your collection?
Due to extended affiliate network, the collection is updated on a daily bases.

Every product is provided with information about historical period, country, material it is made of, size and condition of the object in Russian, Latvian and enlish.

For convenience of our customers all objects of art are divided into thematic categories, in which you can easily choose an object in accordance to your interest.

Every object has an identification number to make search and order more convenient.

The price of object does not include taxes.
How to find objects on website?
You can find objects eighter in a catalogue, which is divided into thematic categories, or through search system, using name or identification number of an object.

How can I order an expertise of an object of art?
There are several ways to order an expertise of the object you are interested in: make a request / order a call in the "Services" tab of the "Expertise" section or contact us in any manner specified in the "Contacts" section. Our managers will contact you at any time convenient for you and give you all necessary advice.
Who conducts an expertise of an object?
An expertise is conducted by qualified specialists, who specialize in their direction of art.
How to pay for the expertise of an object?
When all the necessary materials for the expertise are received, manager of a project will issue and send you an invoice. The payment may be conducted through the bank transfer to the account, specified in the payment document.
How much does the expertise of antiques cost?
The cost of expertise depends on the type of antiques. It is necessary to send high-quality photographs for preliminary cost estimates, which are calculated individually in every particular case.
What information is required for the expertise of an object?
If there is no chance to provide the object itself for the expertise, it is necessary to attach to the request as detailed information as possible and high-quality photos.

Can I offer a price for an item?
Yes, you can. For this you need to click the "Make an offer" button on the product page and send us the amount you want. We will contact the owner of the item and notify you about the possibility of selling the item at the price you offered.

Where can I see an invoice?
You can see an invoice in your account as well as in the e-mail received after you ordered goods.
How can I pay for the purchase of goods on your website?
You can buy antiques using bank transfer by simply following the instructions of the system while paying for goods
Do you provide such service as assistance in choosing antiques matching individual interior?
Yes, we provide this service and it is very popular among our clients. We provide this service with help of designers and art experts, who can create individual interior style for you and pick up necessary works of art for it.
Where can I see the object I"m interested in?
All objects for sale you can see at the address, written in the discription of an object in the "Store" section.
Is it possible to sell an object immediately through Antiqon?
One of the services provided by Antiqon Group is an immediate purchase of works of art, which is conducted on the bases of objective expert assessment.
Is it possible to pass the sale of an object to Antiqon ?
We take for sale the following antiques and arts and crafts: chandeliers and lamps, paintings, decorative objects, pocelain, furniture, mirrors, silver, jewelry, gift antiques, sculpture (garden, interior), garden furniture and landscape objects, stoves, fireplaces.
Warranty for purchased objects
You can find the terms of warranty for purchased objects here http://www.antiqon.com/en/help/terms-delivery-purchase. Antiques have a great material and esthetic value, therefore they, of course, need proper care. We will provide a detailed information about how to take care of different categories of antiques in e-mail newsletters as well as in the official Antiqon group on Facebook. General requirements are first of all carefull attitude to antiques and prevention of mechanical damages. It is also necessary to eliminate the exposure of direct sunlight, monitor the temperature and humidity level in the room.

How can I order the restoration of an object in Antiqon project?
It is very easy to order the restoration of your work of art - all you need is to make a request or order a call in the "Restoration" section or contact us in any manner specified in the "Contacts" section. Our managers will contact you at any time convenient for you and give you all necessary advice.
What objects can you take for restoration?
Antiqon Group performs a full range of restoration service. Our workshops for the restoration of porcelain and ceramics are indeed unique. We perform gilding and silvering, including galvanical ones. We restore artistic frames, metal objects, lighting equipment and many more. We perform decorative and applied work.
Cost of restoration
Cost of restoration depends on amount of the time that master spent, complexity of work and amount of material used. The range of work and cost of each object is individually negotiated and depends on customer"s wishes. Our masters will always offer you the best option with maximum preservation of author"s intention reflected in your object.
How can I pay for the restoration?
After negotiating the scope of work, its cost, and actual restoration, you will receive an invoice, which you can pay through bank trasfer using the information specified in the payment document.
Who conducts the restoration?
Restoration is conducted by professional masters, who have more than 20-years experience of working with orders of different complexity.
Restoration warranty
The warranty on the performed work is provided if the rules of storage and usage of objects after restoration are followed. This includes such conditions as level of humidity, temperature of storage, lack of direct sunlight, no mechanical exposure during usage. The terms of warranty for purchased objects can be found in the contract at the time of execution.

How can I order a delivery of work of art?
It is very easy to order the delivery of your work of art - all you need is to choose a "Delivery" service while making a purchase on the website and follow the instructions of the system. You can also make a request or order a call in the "Logistics" section or contact us in any manner specified in the "Contacts" section. Our managers will contact you at any time convenient for you and give you all necessary advice.
How can I pay for the delivery of purchased object?
If you purchase an object on Antiqon website, you can choose the "Delivery" service while making a purchase. The cost of delivery will be included in the final sum of money to be paid with plastic card or through bank transfer.
How can I order the logistics service?
It is very easy to order the logistics of your work of art - all you need is to make a request in the "Logistics" section or write an e-mail to transport@antiqon.com . Manager of Logistics Department will issue and send you an invoice for the service.
Why is the delivery of works of art purchased on Antiqon Group website so unique?
The delivery of works of art performed by Antiqon Group is not just a courier delivery, it is the most gentle international transportation of antiques in specially equipped vehicles in complience with the rules of careful packaging, cautious shipment and temporary storage of goods.
Who performs the delivery service?
Logistics and shipping services are performed by SIA TAMIS company, registration number LV 400033877564 Latvija.Riga.Katlakalna iela 13, which is a part of Antiqon Group.
Delivery period
The delivery period for Europe is 3 weeks. The period of delivery from Europe to Russian customers is from 3 to 5 weeks.
Is it possible to include several items in one shipping?
No, we do not combine shippings.
What shoud I do if the wrong object was delivered?

Do you deliver objects, which are not paid yet?
No, we do not.
Can I receive purchased objects at Antiqon stores?
Yes, of course. The addresses of stores, where you can pick up your purchases are listed on the product page in the "Store" column.
Can I use only logistics service without purchasing antiques on Antiqon Group website?
Yes, of course. You can order the logistics not only for the delivery of objects purchased on Antiqon Group website, but for your personal purposes as well. You can make a request on the "Logistics" page in the "Services" section or contact the Logistics Department via e-mail: transport@antiqon.com 
Can I order home delivery of a purchased object?
Yes, you can order personal home delivery while making a purchase of objects as well as order the delivery of your objects by contacting our Logistics Department: transport@antiqon.com 
Can I use services of other shipping company?
Yes, you can, but make sure that the seller receives money for the purchased goods.
Do you send objects by post?
No, we do not.

How can I return damaged goods?
According to our terms clients have to examine the object carefully before and after the delivery in order to make sure that the product and package are not damaged and not subject to mechanical exposure. At the stage of ordering all damages and defects must be described in the delivery note. Can I cancel the delivery?
No, you can not, if the vehical is ordered and the process of delivery has already started.
Insurance of goods for the delivery period
Currently Antiqon Group does not provide the insurance of goods for the delivery period. Responsibility for goods safety during the delivery lies on the company which provides the logistics service. I would like to change delivery address. How can I do it?
The delivery address can not be changed after the placement of order.
Is it possible to change the date and time of home delivery?
The date and time of the delivery can be changed, but at least 48 hours have to be left before the execution of the service. Please, contact the Logistics Department to change the data transport@antiqon.com 
Can I ask another person to pick up the delivered goods?
Yes, you can. To pick up your purchases, the person has to show the letter of atterney and a copy of your identification (passport). You can also send copies to transport@antiqon.com . You can find a sample of the letter of attorney here http://www.antiqon.com/en/help/howtobuy
Permission to export goods outside the EU.
According to the law of the Republic of Latvia Par kultūras pieminekļu aizsardzību (Concerning the protection of cultural sites - http://likumi.lv/doc.php?id72551) clause 18.1 pants. Mākslas un antikvāro priekšmetu izvešana no Latvijas Republikas un ievešana Latvijas Republikā (Art and antiques: export of Republic of Latvia and import of Republic of Latvia) export and import of works of art and antiques are regulated by the rules of Cabinet Council number 8 (Ministru kabineta noteikumi Nr.8- Mākslas un antikvāro priekšmetu izvešana no Latvijas un ievešana Latvijā- http://likumi.lv/doc.php?id70071).

In case of moving antiques outside Latvia, the State Inspectorate for Heritage Protection decides about the export of cultural values, which describes information: the subject has a cultural value or not in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Only after this an export permition will be possible. In the case that the subject has a cultural value in Latvia, export of such items without permission of the State Inspectorate for Heritage Protection is not possible.

Who issues the permission for export of objects outside the EU?

The representative of the logistics company, which performs the transportation service, is responsible for the processing of this document in the State Inspectorate for Heritage Protection of Latvia.

What should I do if I forgot my password?
Click "Log in" in the upper right corner, then click "Forgot your password?", enter your e-mail address, which you used for registration on the website. You will receive a letter with instructions on how to change your password.
How can I change my contact details?
In order to change your contact details, go to the "Settings" tab in your personal account, make necessary changes and click "Save" to save the result.
Account activation
After the registration on our website you will receive an e-mail with a link for activation of your account. Follow this link in order to activate your account.
