Jugendstil is the German name for Art Nouveau, the Art Nouveau style, reflecting the regional trend in art at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It implies a holistic synthesis, biocosmic, spiritual unity of living and non-living matter. There is both the continuity of the flow of life and the continuity of the formation of changes.
